A Sound Journey with a Romanian Theme

We warmly invite you to a deeply relaxing sound experience with Diana Maties.  
This one-hour journey begins with a prayer and an opening intention, creating a harmonious and supportive space for relaxation and inner reconnection.

Diana will guide you through a meditation designed to help you unwind, calm your mind, and become fully present in the moment.

You will then be invited to enjoy the harmonious vibrations of:  
Crystal singing bowls  
Shamanic drum  
Chimes  
Tibetan singing bowls and ceremonial bells

The experience concludes with a gentle return, grounding, and a short sharing moment for those who wish. 🌿

💛 No prior experience is needed. Come as you are and gift yourself an hour of rest, stillness, and self-care.

💰 Contribution:  
$15 NZD per adult (full price is $35, but thanks to the Doina Association subsidy, the price has been reduced for participants)

🎒 What to Bring  
🛏️ A pillow and a blanket for your comfort  
🧘 A yoga mat, if you have one (mats will also be available at the venue)

👨‍👩‍👧 Children Are Welcome!  
Children are welcome if they feel comfortable participating in a calm and quiet environment and do not require constant supervision or attention from their parents.

We kindly encourage each participant, including parents, to take this time for themselves — for rest, relaxation, and inner reconnection — helping create a harmonious experience for the whole group. 💛
